01Acceptance
By using Scanily you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
02Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Chargily. There is no automatic renewal — your subscription covers a fixed period (30 days or 365 days). To continue using Premium after that period, you renew manually. No cancellation is needed.
03Cloud Sync
Cloud Sync is an optional Premium feature. When enabled, your documents are encrypted on your device before upload. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account; losing access means losing the ability to retrieve synced documents. We store encrypted files only for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes all synced data from our servers.
04Refunds
We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used premium features during that period. Contact support@scanily.net to request a refund.
05Acceptable use
You may not use Scanily to scan, share, or distribute illegal content. You are responsible for the documents you process and sync.
06Limitation of liability
Scanily is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss or damage arising from use of the app, including loss of synced documents.
